Shipping & Delivery

ToysDekho ships its products to almost all parts of India. Orders placed will be shipped within 24* hrs. We ship on all days except Sunday and National Holidays.

We know how difficult it is to wait for the final product once it has been ordered. And we at ToysDekho definitely don’t want to make you wait even a second more than what is absolutely necessary.

Shipping Charges: A fixed shipping charge of Rs. 50 is applicable on all orders below Rs. 999/- (Excluding COD charges, Shipping charges, Taxes or value reduced after application of coupons or any other offer) at all locations with an additional charge applicable at certain locations.

These shipping charges applicable are not refundable in the case of return/cancellation of the product or the order.

ONLINE-PAID ORDERS

All orders that have been paid for online are dispatched within 24 hours or less. All our products are delivered within 3 to 5 working days (for cities falling in category A) from the day the order is dispatched if paid via online channels.

CASH-ON-DELIVERY ORDERS

All products ordered via Cash-on-Delivery will be confirmed by a phone call prior to the order being processed. Please provide your pin code details to verify if the option of COD is available at your location or not.

All COD orders are shipped within 48 hours or less from the time the order is confirmed. No COD order will be dispatched till a telephonic confirmation is acquired.

COD orders are delivered within 5 to 7 working days (for cities falling in category A) because of additional processing time required by our logistics partners. Furthermore, as per the requirement by our shipping partners, an additional Rs. 50 will be levied on all COD orders.
