CANCELLATION

We hope that when you’re buying from ToysDekho, you never have a reason to second guess your choices. However, if you still wish to cancel your order then You can cancel any orders before the product has been shipped. You can cancel your orders by sending an email along with your Order Id through Contact us Form. We will notify you once your order has been cancelled.

EASY RETURNS / EXCHANGES

Upon receiving your order, if you find any defect or damage in the product, you have 7 calendar days from delivery date to return the items. We will not accept any return made once this period has expired.

Before proceeding a return note that:

The product must be brand new & in an unworn condition. it shall be unused and returned with all brand tags and original packaging

The product must be returned in the same condition as it was sent.

How will I receive my refund ?

The complete amount (except for shipping charges) for all products subject to cancellation or return will be refunded to the customers.
In case of online payment, the refund amount will be transferred to the original mode of payment.
In case of COD orders, the customer’s bank details will be required to initiate refund. The refund for COD orders will be credited within 7-10 working from the date of cancellation.
