This Cancellation & Refund Policy governs all purchases made from ToysDekho. By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms stated below.
1. ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY
1.1 CANCELLATION BEFORE DISPATCH
• Orders may be cancelled only before dispatch.
• Cancellation requests must be made through official customer support channels.
• Once the order is processed for delivery, cancellation will not be permitted.
ToysDekho reserves the sole right to approve or reject any cancellation request.
1.2 CANCELLATION AFTER DISPATCH
• Orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched.
• Refusal to accept delivery will be treated as a failed delivery attempt, not a valid cancellation.
• Repeated order refusals (especially Cash on Delivery) may result in account suspension or restriction from future purchases.
2. NO-RETURN POLICY (EXCEPT DAMAGE/DEFECT)
ToysDekho follows a no-return policy, except in the following cases:
• Product received is physically damaged
• Manufacturing defect
• Wrong product delivered
No other return reasons will be accepted.
3. 24-HOUR REPORTING WINDOW (MANDATORY)
Any damage, defect, or wrong product claim must be reported:
• Within 24 hours of delivery
• With clear photo/video proof
• Along with Order ID
Requests raised after 24 hours will be automatically rejected.
4. OPEN BOX DELIVERY – FINAL ACCEPTANCE RULE
All orders are delivered under Open Box Delivery.
At the time of delivery:
• The customer must inspect the product in front of our delivery executive.
• Any issue must be reported immediately.
• If the product is accepted after inspection, it shall be considered delivered in satisfactory condition.
No physical damage claims will be accepted after successful open-box acceptance unless verified and approved by ToysDekho at its sole discretion.
5. EXCHANGE & REFUND DECISION
If a valid claim is approved:
If Product is Available in Stock:
• Replacement will be provided for the same product only.
If Product is Out of Stock:
• Refund will be processed.
No upgrade, downgrade, or product change requests will be accepted.
6. REFUND PROCESSING
• Refunds (if approved) will be processed within 5–7 working days.
• Refund will be issued to the original payment method.
• In case of COD orders, refund will be processed via bank transfer only.
Processing timelines may vary depending on banking systems. ToysDekho is not responsible for banking delays.
7. NON-REFUNDABLE SITUATIONS
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
• Change of mind
• Ordered by mistake
• Child does not like the product
• Minor color variation due to screen/lighting differences
• Packaging damage without product damage
• Normal wear and tear
• Improper handling by customer
• Missing original packaging
• Failure to report within 24 hours
8. FRAUD PREVENTION & ABUSE POLICY
ToysDekho reserves the right to:
• Reject suspicious or fraudulent claims
• Block customers misusing return policies
• Take necessary legal action in case of intentional fraud
• Deny Cash on Delivery service to high-risk customers
9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
• ToysDekho’s total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product.
• We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
10. FINAL AUTHORITY
All return, refund, and cancellation decisions shall be made at the sole discretion of ToysDekho management.
11. POLICY UPDATES
ToysDekho reserves the absolute right to modify this policy at any time without prior notice.
