1. SERVICE AREA LIMITATION
ToysDekho currently delivers only within Rewari City, Haryana.
• Orders placed outside our serviceable area may be automatically cancelled.
• In such cases, prepaid amounts (if any) will be refunded to the original payment method.
• ToysDekho reserves the right to determine serviceability at its sole discretion.
2. ORDER PROCESSING
• Orders are processed after successful payment confirmation or COD verification.
• Orders are processed during business hours only.
• ToysDekho reserves the right to delay or cancel any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, suspicious activity, or operational constraints.
3. DELIVERY TIMELINE POLICY
Same-Day Delivery
• Orders received before 5:00 PM are eligible for same-day delivery.
Next-Day Delivery
• Orders received after 5:00 PM will be delivered on the next working day.
Important:
• Delivery timelines are estimates, not guaranteed commitments.
• ToysDekho shall not be held liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to weather conditions, traffic disruptions, local restrictions, force majeure events, or operational challenges.
4. SELF-DELIVERY MODEL
• ToysDekho uses its own delivery personnel.
• No third-party courier liability applies.
• Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon successful delivery and acceptance.
5. OPEN BOX DELIVERY – MANDATORY INSPECTION
ToysDekho provides Open Box Delivery for transparency.
At the time of delivery:
• The customer must inspect the product in the presence of the delivery representative.
• Any damage, defect, or incorrect product must be reported immediately.
• If the product is accepted without objection, it shall be deemed delivered in good condition.
No claims for physical damage, missing parts, or incorrect product will be entertained after successful acceptance unless supported by valid proof and approved by ToysDekho at its discretion.
6. DELIVERY FAILURE & REFUSAL
Delivery may be marked unsuccessful if:
• The customer is unavailable.
• Incorrect address/contact details are provided.
• The customer refuses delivery without valid reason.
In such cases:
• One re-delivery attempt may be made.
• ToysDekho reserves the right to cancel the order.
• For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, repeated refusal may result in permanent restriction from COD services.
ToysDekho shall not be liable for delays or losses resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer.
7. SHIPPING CHARGES
• Shipping fees, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout.
• ToysDekho reserves the right to modify shipping charges without prior notice.
• Promotional free shipping offers may be withdrawn at any time.
8. ADDRESS ACCURACY & CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY
Customers are solely responsible for providing:
• Complete and accurate delivery address
• Valid and reachable contact number
• Availability at the delivery location
ToysDekho shall not be responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete details.
9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
• ToysDekho shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from delivery delays.
• Our maximum liability shall not exceed the total order value paid by the customer.
